As soon as you visit WankzVR you’ll notice that you have arrived at a quality adult site. The website has a modern, stylish look and the homepage is filled with carefully selected, enticing photos.

WankzVR started in early 2016 and has long been regarded as one of the flagship names in VR porn, praised for its consistently immersive POV style and technical polish. The site delivers exactly what fans expect: high-quality scenes with attractive performers and reliable production values. However, while the content still holds up, the platform itself hasn’t evolved much in recent years, making the browsing experience feel less modern compared to newer competitors.

1. Video quality (9/10)

Sharpness and other quality aspects of the video are without doubt the most important factors when it comes to virtual reality. If those aren’t good, it just doesn’t feel real.

As far as video quality goes, WankzVR does a pretty bang up job. The vivid colors and smooth 60fps frame rate make it feel like you’re really there. The sharpness could be a little better though, even though the resolutions are well up to standard.

We played their videos extensively and did not find a single glitch. The camera angles are perfect and there are no scaling issues of any kind. WankzVR knows how to set up a professional virtual video shoot!

2. Production quality (8/10)

You clearly recognize WankzVR’s style in any video you open. All start with one or two girls either already in the room or entering. There’s a bit chatting up and soon clothes start falling off and things get touchy.

The narrative is a bit cheesy most of the time, but the girls easily make it up by the way they interact with the camera (you). There’s a lot of eye contact and kissing which gives a real vibe of intimacy. With video lengths that go from 35 to over 75 minutes, WankzVR makes sure that the scenes and action are well paced without rushing things too much.

WankzVR does try to create a story around each scene. Regularly they create whole videos for special events such as Halloween or Christmas. Occasionally they like to create a parody of a popular movie or tv show or something that’s in the actuality.

One small point of critique is that there isn’t much variety in the videos. Most of them have one or two girls and a similar order in dialogue, scenes and positions. Also there are a bit too many close-ups to our liking, but this is personal preference. Overall though, the production quality is more then okay.

Sets and locations
Outdoor, indoor, pool side, the gym, schools… there’s plenty of diversity in locations and enough care is taken in making sure the set doesn’t interrupt with the shooting. All sets are tastefully decorated and make you feel like you’re really there.

3. Collection quality (8/10)

WankzVR’s collection currently contains over 1000 videos, which is as much as any of the large VR studios. Every week two new videos are added. On some occasions WankzVR surprises with a ‘movie special’ where you get to have sex with star look-a-likes such as Princess Leia from Star Wars or Daenerys from Game of Thrones (ehr.. Moans).

The last couple of years, WankzVR seems less active in improving their content. They used ask for feedback on the videos and suggestions on their discussion forum, which was quite actively used.

Models collection
With over 600 models at the time of the last update of this review, WankzVR’s selection of porn stars is impressive. All are pretty, young American girls who – although sometimes their ‘role’ suggests otherwise – have been around the block. With some well known names as Charlotte Stokely, Jaye Summers and Riley Reid, there is no amateurism here. By far most girls are white, so Wankz could look into adding some more diversity here.

Of course this is a matter of taste, but the model selection of Wankz is certainly to our liking. Most girls feature in only one video though, which does leave you empty handed when you want to view more of your favorite model.

4. Ease of access (8/10)

Shortly after we coitized the lack of innovation and filter options on our last re-review, WankzVR made some welcome improvements to their website. Navigation is simple enough, and with a whole new set of sorting and filtering options the site becomes much more user friendly.

One thing we still don’t quite get is why there is no direct link to an overview page with all the videos. Right now, you have to click on ‘page 2’ on their homepage to get access to these filter options, which is a bit cumbersome.

Also, we found the new filter system still has a few quirks. For example when reset the filter or click on one of the sorting options, you’re redirected to the homepage. And WankzVR needs to finetune their filter: when we select Asian, we’re seeing mostly ebony girls and even some blondes…

The model section basically has the same advanced filter options, which is something we don’t even see on the large aggregator sites. You can filter on ethnicity, age, hair color, breast size, and tattoos and thus quickly find the models you’re looking for and watch their videos.

From the beginning on, WankzVR made sure their videos work with pretty much all the current VR devices:

For all devices, we can confirm they work without problems. On the discussion board, we’ve read that Windows Mixed Reality might have some issues.

As mentioned, all videos are available in different qualities/sizes. The download speed is excellent. We’ve reached a constant speed of 16MB/s, maxing out our internet connection.

Streaming and downloading are, of course, available—but that’s now standard across virtually every VR porn site and no longer a differentiator. The overall experience works, but if you’ve tried larger aggregators or more modern services, you’ll notice that WankzVR’s platform hasn’t evolved much. In short: it delivers the basics, but without the polish or freshness that makes browsing a pleasure.

5. Value for the money (8/10)

WankzVR is still a premium VR studio with consistently high production values, but the subscription doesn’t stretch quite as far as it once did. The monthly price remains comparable to competitors, yet what you’re paying for is essentially the same formula year after year. With fewer innovations on the platform side the experience can feel limited compared to larger aggregators that offer more variety at a similar or even lower price point.

That said, if you’re a fan of WankzVR’s distinctive style—immersive POV, attractive performers, and technically solid scenes—you’ll get your money’s worth. But for users who value constant freshness and cutting-edge features, the subscription feels less competitive today than it did a few years ago.

Being a member of WankzVR comes with some perks. One of them is that you’ll get access complete WankzVR network, which consits of an additional 8 adult VR sites. May be enough to justify the extra bucks.

Most of the newer WankzVR videos work well with teledildonics, which gives an even more immersive experience.

Our verdict

WankzVR remains a studio with a clear identity: polished POV scenes, professional production, and plenty of recognizable models. For those who love its distinctive formula, the subscription is definitely worthwhile. Yet the lack of innovation in both content variety and site design means it feels more static than some of the big aggregators that keep pushing forward. Still, for just 9.95 for the first month, it’s a surely worth a try!
