Updated: October 2025 (First review: Feb 2017)
BadoinkVR was in 2016 among the very first studios to bet fully on virtual reality, and it shows in both experience and execution. The studio has since dropped all its old 2D content and now operates as a pure VR network — including VRCosplayX, 18VR, BabeVR, and RealVR, which bundles scenes from all their sub-sites (plus a few passthrough collaborations with other studios).
BadoinkVR’s focus remains crystal clear: delivering high-quality VR porn with strong storytelling, believable performances, and professional production values.
Quick summary
BaDoinkVR is still one of the best virtual porn studios out there. With highly diverse top-quality videos, 4 niche VR sites and overall fine usability they continue to give one of the most polished and cinematic experiences in the VR adult industry. If you read the fine prints on signup and choose your plan wisely, it’s a great deal!
Our rating: 7.8 / 10

Tricky marketing techniques.
BadoinkVR’s (older) videos can also be accessed through subscribing to (one of) the following aggregator site(s):

- VR Smash (27% of videos)
- POVR (10% of videos)
1. Video quality (8/10)
BadoinkVR’s video quality remains excellent — as most top tier studios they are consistently pushing 8K resolution. About 200 scenes are available in 8K, roughly 300 in 7K, and the rest in 4–6K. The studio is now remastering older scenes using modern encoding techniques, giving older content new life.
Playback is still smooth, color and contrast are balanced, and the overall sharpness is superb on modern headsets. Lighting can be inconsistent, but the technical quality overall remains among the best in the industry.

BaDoinkVR’s video quality is excellent, as is to be expected from a VR pioneer.
BadoinkVR has stopped producing 360° videos, so if that’s your thing, you’ll have to look elsewhere. BadoinkVR doesn’t have any passthrough videos, as they release those exclusively on RealVR.
We’ve samples various scenes and, in general, found the viewing quality up to our expectations.
Video specifications:
- Type: Full stereoscopic 3D
- Resolutions:Up to 8K for newer releases
- Framerate: 60 fps
- Size: about 6 GB to 20+GB
- Video length: varies from 20 to 90+ minutes
- Other: 180° FOV, head tracking, binaural audio
2. Production quality (8/10)
This is where BadoinkVR has picked up the ball. Storytelling plays a more distinct role in their productions than before — most scenes feature creative setups, natural dialogue, and production from a user point of view. Something fans consistently praise. As one user noted:
“The actors don’t touch the models, which makes the experience more immersive. The girls look natural — not oversized or tiny like elsewhere.”
Another added:
“Colorful, imaginative, and professional. High-quality VR sexperience.”

BadoinkVR knows that in virtual porn interaction is important though, so the girls are well aware of the camera and there’s a lot of eye contact.
While on older videos, there’s less storyline and not much talking up, most newer are really different. These scenes feel very real and intimate and contains a lot of dialogue.
BadoinkVR has experimented a lot – and still is – with their shooting style and technical equipment. They have improved a lot last years and we expect their content will continue to improve in the future.
As we’ve seen on other studios, last years they really expanded their production time, releasing videos around 50-60 minutes, some over 90 minutes even!
Scenes and locations
Most scenes take place indoors, usually in a house with a clean, modern interior so that all the focus is on the action. Overall the locations are well chosen and there is enough variety in the scenes. The scenes are well lit and shot with high quality material.
BaDoinkVR also goes all out on its video cover images, which look stunningly sleek and professional. The only downside is that these covers sometimes feel a little too polished — they don’t always match the actual tone or content of the scenes themselves.
3. Collection quality (8/10)
With 965+ videos on just BadoinkVR alone, they offer one of the largest dedicated VR porn libraries for a single studio. Their network includes:
- VRCosplayX (cosplay & fantasy themes)
- 18VR (younger-looking performers, playful tone)
- BabeVR (solo content)
- RealVR (a compilation of scenes + passthrough videos from partner studios)
With their Superbundle, you can get access to all the sites under one subscription.

Another big pro is that there’s definitely plenty variety in the videos. There are plenty of lesbian videos, group sex scenes, solo and even a few taken from a female point of view. So we have no doubt that you’ll find whatever tickles your fancy.
Models collection
You can expect a wide range of models — mostly European and American performers, with a good balance between newcomers and big names. Right now BadoinkVR features over 630 girls. They come in all different ages, colors, shapes and sizes. We’ve seen Russian, Latin and Asian girls among the huge amount of blondes and brunettes and a few Ebony skinned. So again, there’s no shortage on variety.

Funny thing about the models collection is that while most VR studios call this page ‘models’ and BadoinkVR calls them ‘pornstars’ but then displays them very classy, always clothed and with a white background. Now there’s a model’s page if we ever saw one!
4. Ease of access (8/10)
The website looks modern and clean, with large banners, hover previews, and smooth scrolling. Navigation works well enough, though it lacks refinement compared to top aggregators like SexLikeReal.
Hovering over a thumbnail triggers a silent preview, which is a neat touch — but the absence of sound makes it less effective. On the video page, clicking the thumbnail leads to the subscription page instead of a real preview, which can be confusing.
The search function is basic (no autocomplete or instant results), and filters are minimal. On the positive side, BadoinkVR hosts a lively forum where members can post feedback, interact with stars, and join Q&A sessions. The Help Center is also one of the best in the business, offering detailed headset setup guides and responsive email support.

The video overview contains all the information you could ask for, including release date, a very elaborate and enticing description, a link to the model, add to favorites option and the relevant tags.
All VR devices are supported. We’ve tested with Meta Quest 3 and found no problems:
- Quest 1/2/3/3S/PRO
- Apple Vision Pro
- HTC Vive Pro 1 & 2
- HTC Cosmos
- Playstation VR
- Oculus Rift / Rift S
- Valve Index
- Windows Mixed Reality
- Google Daydream
- Samsung Gear VR
- Smartphone (for cardboard variants)
Picking the right download for your device is easy. They show all the options on the right side. The download speed is top-notch. We maxed out our internet connection, downloading at a rate of 40-50 MB/s.
5. Value for the money (7/10)
Considering everything BadoinkVR brings to the table — 8K video quality, solid storytelling, a massive collection, and access to multiple sub-sites in their Superbundle — you’re genuinely getting a lot of value as a member. The network setup (BadoinkVR, VRCosplayX, 18VR, BabeVR, and RealVR) ensures a wide mix of themes and fantasies, and unlike some other studios, there’s no limit on downloads.
If we looked only at the content, BadoinkVR would easily rank among the best-value studios in the VR space. Unfortunately, the pricing model and sign-up flow tell a different story. Their monthly renewal price of $34.82 is much higher than most other studios and the promotional offers look tempting, the fine print reveals a more complicated reality.
Pricing (at time of review):
- 1 Month: $34.82 (first month discounted to $9.95)
- Yearly: $7,50 /month, renews at $199.95.
- Lifetime: $375,-
- Super Bundle (all VR sites): $49.95 first month → renews at $69.96/month
- Super Bundle (all VR sites) Yearly: $16.66 /month → renews at $840
It is clear that their year membership, especially combined in the Superbundle, is by far the most appealing offer.
The main issue is transparency. BadoinkVR’s checkout page highlights big discounts (like “50% off”) and “free trials,” but these often convert automatically into recurring paid plans. The details are easy to miss, buried in small print — a practice that’s frustrated many otherwise satisfied users.
New subscribers are tempted with an offer to “unlock a free bonus site” (like VRCosplayX, 18VR, or BabeVR) for the first week. What’s not clearly stated is that this is a limited trial — you get access to just one video per day — and it automatically renews into a paid subscription of $29.95/month unless manually canceled. It’s a smart marketing move, but one that leaves a sour taste for first-time users who don’t read the fine print.
One reviewer on Trustpilot summed it up perfectly:
“The videos are great, but the billing system is outrageous. I thought I was signing up for a one-day trial, but ended up with a full annual charge I never confirmed.”
It’s a frustrating contradiction: a studio that takes such care with its production values should do the same with its pricing clarity.
Bottom line: If you know what you’re signing up for and disable any unwanted renewals immediately, you’ll get access to some of the best VR content available.
Our verdict
BadoinkVR remains a cornerstone of the VR porn industry — technically advanced, creative, and packed with content. The storytelling focus, high-quality visuals, and vast library make it one of the most complete offerings out there.
However, the opaque pricing, sneaky renewals, and somewhat limited website functionality prevent it from reaching perfection. This is a studio that excels in production but still struggles with transparency.
