TmwVRnet

TmwVRnet is the virtual reality segment of TeenMegaWorld, an adult content network featuring over 40 teen oriented adult sites.

Tmwvrnet.com was launched in May 2016 and functions purely as a promotional front. The site itself has no real content and is used to get people to sign up. The actual videos are hosted in the TeenMegaWorld member section, along with the content of all their other teen websites.

1. Video quality (6/10)

Virtual reality is not something TmwVRnet specializes in. It is clearly something they’re doing on the side and this becomes somewhat apparent in the quality of the scenes.

It’s not that the quality is really bad. The videos are actually quite clear with bright colors and reasonable sharp, be it not as sharp as we’ve seen elsewhere. The point of view positioning – a technique prone to errors – is really good. The camera is angled so that you really feel like you are the guy in the video.

However, there are a few quirks. The main one is a scaling issue, which makes everything appear much larger than natural. The girls are small, but look a lot bigger than they are supposed to be and your own male body part is, well… quite massive.

Hard to say if this is a deal breaker. We think most could live with it, especially if teenage girls really float your boat. But it did quite bother us, because it makes the scenes feel less realistic as they could be.

2. Production quality (7/10)

TeenMegaWorld is all about efficiency. They try to deliver quality adult content while minimizing cost and effort. The websites, sets, decorations used, etc. are all aimed at getting the job done quickly. Not a problem, as long as they offer quality content.

TmwVRnet focuses on casting pretty and innocent looking girls and not so much on delivering a credible story or a lot of fluff around it. You shouldn’t expect a lot of creativity in terms of story line or dialogue. There’s little variety in positions as well and all the videos look a lot alike, except they feature different girls of course.

Few interaction as there is, the girls do try to look into the camera. Probably because they are a bit inexperienced though, there’s less eye contact then we’re used to.

None of the above really bothers us. We’re dealing with a niche site here, so we accept a small trade off in these kind of things. What does disturb us a little, is the male actor using his hands a bit too much in some scenes. We can’t blame him – we’d have a hard time keeping our hands off these pretty, young models ourselves – but it does make it harder to picture yourself in his place.

The duration is okay. Some videos play just over 10 minutes, but most are in the 20-30 minutes range. Enough to enjoy the scenes, as there is little story to settle into.

Sets and locations
The same can be said for the scenery. All the videos are shot in similar settings, more than a few even in the same location. There’s little decoration, and the floors, walls and furniture are mostly white colored to create better light conditions.

Again, not really a problem, since we’re looking at a niche site. But varying a little more with this would add some extra dynamics to the experience.

3. Collection quality (6/10)

TeenMegaWorld didn’t start doing virtual porn until mid-2016, so their collection is relatively small. They currently offer over 500 videos and add 2 new ones every week or so.

The simple video titles like ‘Morning routine with solo orgasm’ demonstrate their is little creativity going on at TmwVRnet. As we mentioned earlier, all the videos are fairly plain and ordinary, with little variation between them. Often, the same model(s) feature in different videos.

TeenMegaWorld often uses the same shooting for different videos. For example they first shoot a solo scene with one girl and then add another girl or guy to shoot an new scene for a different video.

As you can expect with teen VR, young models are the main attraction. And this is where TmwVRnet excels. The models are all East European girls, aged 18 to 20. They are as you would expect: young, pretty, and innocent looking.

If this melts your butter, no doubt you’ll find their models collection to your liking. It’s hard to say how many VR models they feature, since these are mixed together with the regular models. We’d estimate over 200 different models showcase in the VR scenes.

We really believe TmwVRnet could improve their collection quality a lot by investing more in their video assortment. Why use the same girls so often if you have over 1.000 models to choose from? Since pretty youngsters are their core USP, they should exploit their huge teen models database. Ideally, they would ask their users what girls they wish to see in the next VR videos.

4. Ease of access (6/10)

TeenMegaWorld is one big network of teen oriented adult sites. All the sites, like TmwVRnet, are merged together into a huge video portal, where you can browse, view and download the various scenes.

Usability is not TeenMegaWorld’s forte. The site has a plain interface and looks very old fashioned. The core functions are there, but you shouldn’t expect much more.  In fact, their promotion site TmwVRnet looks much better and it’s unfortunate they don’t use it to serve the videos.

The video overview page contains the scenes from all the teen sites together, which means there are thousands of videos. The videos are listed with small cover photos, publication dates and ratings. Their are just a few filter options.

The video page shows some additional info, such as the appearing models and their ratings, a few tags, an image gallery and video comments. Since there is little engagement on the site, the commenting and rating system isn’t really helpful.

TmwVRnet does not stand out in device compatibility. Officially, they don’t even support the Oculus Quest, though we can confirm it works without problems. Their website states they support:

• Playstation VR
• Windows Mixed Reality
• Samsung Gear VR
• Smartphone (for cardboard variants)

Surprisingly, TmwVRnet offers video streaming. They use WebVR for this, which is a JavaScript framework that enables streaming on VR devices. However, this technique is still experimental and we didn’t get any videos to play smoothly on it.

On the GearVR however, you can chose to stream the videos in the native web player that comes with Samsung Internet. After you select the right video mode (3dh SBS), the videos play smooth. The server capacity is limited though, so videos take a long time to load and so does navigating in the video.

So in short, you’re probably better of just downloading them. We got an average speed of approx. 12MB/s, but it wasn’t consistent and varied from 8 MB/s to 14 MB/s. On peek hours, you should expect downloads to take more time.

Note that the files are not named properly, so your device won’t recognize them as VR video. You’ll manually have to select the right viewing mode on your device to play the scenes correctly.

5. Value for the money (9/10)

If teens are the ping to your pong, you will love TeenMegaWorld. You’ll get a small but expanding collection of adult VR videos on TmwVRnet. And, as a big bonus, you’ll get full access to all 40+ teen sites, which contain over 5.000 videos – a lot of which in HD and 4K resolution – and over 1.200 young models.

This is what you’re paying for and you shouldn’t expect much of anything else. TeenMegaWorld has a small support page with a contact form and has a few brief guides for the VR devices. They are a trustworthy network though and you can easily end your subscription through the payment provider you used when signing up.

The monthly subscription is $29.95 a month or $19.95 for three months. For a year subscription you’ll pay $7.49 each month.

Our verdict

The video quality of their VR scenes is okay, nothing more and site’s usability is actually quite poor. That said, what it comes down to: TeenMegaWorld (TmwVRnet) gets you access to 4.000+ videos, of which over 500 are in VR and 1.200+ pretty, young models. If this is what boosts your banana, TmwVRnet will be just the right place for you.
